I get it: now you can press a button and get something close to serviceable email or landing page copy in seconds. It's modern magic, if magic used like a metric ton of ones and zeros. Your LLM-penned copy (okay, they don't use pens) will hit many of the main feature callouts and selling points, but will it make your product or brand stand out? Will it help you make the emotional connection you need with your customers? Will it help make them smile, or be inspired? My goal in writing is always to create content that feels like it was written by an enthusiastic, engaged human—content that won't just get skimmed and deleted so easily.
Over the past 20+ years, I've written for everything from toys to home improvement to resume software, from phone cases to online education. Mostly, I'm an idea-driven, language-obsessed writer who knows how to write to a brief or a word (or character) count. I want to do work that's fun and smart and gets results, and that hopefully makes a meaningful difference in people's lives. I also write and publish weird-ish and wild very short stories, and can do editing if that's your bag.
